At U.C.I.S it’s easy to open and operate your investments from anywhere in Australia.
Opening an investment
To open an investment, simply complete and return:
(a) an Investment Application Form,
(b) Becoming identified form, and
(c) your cheque to: U.C.I.S, Reply Paid 674, Brisbane, QLD 4001 (no stamp required).
Making investments and withdrawals
You can add to your U.C.I.S investment:
- at any Westpac branch with a personalised U.C.I.S credit book
- by electronic funds transfer from your account at another financial institution
- with a regular, set amount by periodical payment from another account
- by cheque through the mail with a U.C.I.S investment slip
- in person at our Auchenflower, Brisbane branch.
You can withdraw or transfer funds from your U.C.I.S investment:
- by phoning, faxing or mailing our Customer Service Team
- by phone, with U.C.I.S TeleConnect
- by internet, with U.C.I.S NetConnect
- in person at our Auchenflower, Brisbane branch.
TeleConnect and NetConnect
Access your investments with our phone or internet services, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week:
- check investment and loan balances
- review transaction history
- transfer funds between your U.C.I.S investments
- transfer funds from your U.C.I.S investment into an account at another financial instutition
- order statements to your fax or by mail
- find out interest earned or charged on investments and loans.
Please note: some of the above access facilities are not available on all investment/loan(s). |
